This photo pretty much sums up the way I think we can look at the New Year - lush, gorgeous, alive and all up to us!

This divine studio was on a cliff in Ko Yao Yai, Santhiya Resort, Thailand. It doesn't take long to detox here. I am hoping to bring a little of this energy to every workout, every morning and every breath.

So far on the summer holidays I have worked with all sorts of bodies, and I think honoring where we feel on the day / stage of life is so important. I am really interested in how the science might prove this, and for now it reminds me how important relationships are in our physical wellbeing.

Looking forward to seeing clients progress in the studio, adapting my own practice for the weight and ligament changes, and appreciating our active locals hitting the beaches and reserves in our little Godzown.
