Luckily so far I am happy to keep teaching! Pregnancy makes us teachers really appreciate movement, breath and strength! I really miss my fitness level but it's all a journey. I am looking forward to meeting new clients in Feb and March and starting those journeys. My personal Pilates practice is combined with physio and yoga for now - gearing up for birth and carrying a real life little human of our own! - strengthening legs and opening chest and back - still working on alignment and hip stability and relaxation. Enjoy every breath - express your joy! And when things are tough - even more reason to breathe and examine the whys and hows.
