PILATES IN THE PARK - LONG BAY
Bring a towel / mat and move in the park. No equipment needed - work on strength and flexibility. Use body weight, balance, breath.

IN-STUDIO EQUIPMENT SESSION 1 - 1
From your very first session to the session coming up, the Classical Pilates Method treats the person on the day. We work on strengthening and stretching what is needed. We look for balance whether of spinal flexion and extension, energy and relaxation, full body engagement and mindful movement.

The Journey

Being at peace with your body is surely the best start to each day. I discovered Classical Pilates to help with back pain and found so much more - breath, flow, concentration, centering and joy. I trained in the Authentic way through a year long programme including seminars in Dubai and London. Now I love teaching to help people create longer, stronger and lighter bodies. Everyday is a good day to treat yourself.
