Very excited to open the sliding doors to the Pilates Studio downstairs. To start with for 2 main reasons - me and my clients. To play and look after my growing baby belly body is such a treat. Exploring the Pilates Method from another perspective will be so much learning. It has always been a plan and dream to teach my family and friends in an easy, comfortable, professional and spacious environment.
